As an Agile CSM for more than 2 years I have come to understand that the first opportunities we have to listen to our customers and really get to know them, the better we can bring the "spirit" of this or other Lean processes to our customers for the biggest win, over pushing blindly for purism for the sake of purism. Hit market fast, and often, learn lots as you go and make sure your folding those lessons in. If it doesn't add value, remove it. Lean helps to address real quality of life issues within business.
