Living Agile and Loving IT
For the past few years I have been living in the new dream state that is Agile. Nothing could be better in the work life, even as a consultant, as a company owner, as a lead developer, each role I play is enhanced because of Agile and I am not only more successful but am able enjoy what I do even more.
By evaluating every process that is chaotic or complex with a Lean Process perspective the plaque is washed away and we are all left with IT work that doesn't require the stress and can be more often celebrated than anything else.
